Eligibility criteria:
All tenderer registered in e-gp portal system and Enlisted in BWDB, Jashore office are eligible.
Only enlisted tenderers in this division for the FY 2025-2026 are eligible to participate in this tender.
3. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.
4) The tenderer MUST submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified supplied format.
5) It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly (Without Corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.
6) VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
7) Evaluation will be done following the PPR-2025, latest Gazette/Circular from CPTU.
8) The tenderer must submit his NID Card.
9) Quantities of Completed work will be finalized through Proper Measurements of Office. No extra/un-ethical arguments regarding final bill will be treated as misconduct to office.
