* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 16500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5500000 ~ 16500000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Contractors who are registered on e-GP web-portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the tender document.
b) Any individual (s) firm who fulfill the qualifications of the criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditionsofthe Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM).
c) The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2025 for procurement of works will be binding uponthecontractors.
d) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertainedagainstcancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
e) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
f) For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurancecertificatefollowing the standard format (Form e-PW2A-8) without alteration. Otherwise Tender will not be considered asresponsive. Form e-PW2A-8 has been attached in Section 7 (General Specification) or may downloaded from CPTU website.
