Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 166666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 500000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 166666666 ~ 500000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through BPPA along with valid and updated Trade License, VAT Registration,TIN certificate, Income Tax Clearance Certificate and National ID card.
b) Tenderer must be submitted all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If evaluation committee could be unable to open the file (corrupted), that/those file(s) will be rejected.
c) VAT & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
d) After completion of the tender opening process, only downloaded documents of the tenderer from egp portal shall be treated as submitted documents.
e) A detailed list of work in hand/on-going works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.
f) If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do it at his/her own cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
g) Photo and video must have to be taken by the contractor at a different angle during pre-work and post-work measurement and submitted to the PE. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
h) Quantity and quality of work will be checked by BWDB's Task Force or any other competent authority.
i) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation.
j) All other criteria stated in the tender document.
k) In case of an Abnormally Low Bid (ALB), the Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) can seek Unit Rate Breakdown (Rate Analysis) under the provision of ITT Clause 48.1.
l) Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation.
m) Latest circular of CPTU and BWDB shall be implied.
