4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shal be Tk 1.00 Crore (One Point Zero Zero)Crore only.
5. The minimum amount of Tender Capacity shal be Tk. 1.24 Crore (One point Two Four) Crore only.
