Brief Description of Package: The work involves the supply of 48 Core Optical Fiber Cable (OFC), HDPE ducts, and related accessories required for the maintenance and restoration of the Bangladesh Railway secondary line optical fiber network under SSAE/T/MYN. The scope includes supplying standard quality OFC, HDPE ducts, joint closures, connectors, and other necessary accessories to ensure reliable operation and quick maintenance of the existing fiber optic communication system. All materials shall comply with the relevant technical specifications and standards of Bangladesh Railway and be delivered as per the requirements of the concerned section.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall be a citizen or legally registered entity of Bangladesh and shall have legal capacity to enter into contract under the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
The Tenderer must possess valid and up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN and BIN Registration Certificates, and VAT Registration Certificate.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of Three (03) years of general experience in telecommunication, Structured Network(LAN) Fiber optic cable (OFC) DUCT,Related Telecom Equipment (Switch,Router,MUX,Firewall,LAN Related Goods etc) supply, installation, rectification, or maintenance works. The Tenderer must have successfully completed at least one (01) similar contract within the last five (05) years with a value not less than the amount specified in the Tender Data Sheet, supported by work completion certificates issued by the Procuring Entity.
The Tenderer must demonstrate availability of liquid assets, working capital, or credit facilities from a scheduled bank in the amount specified in the TDS, issued within twenty-eight (28) days prior to the deadline for submission of tenders.
