* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. General Experience: Five-ten years of general experience in supplying laboratory chemicals ans consumables.
2. Specific Experience: Successful completion of at three supply of similar nature.
3. Financial Capacity: Annual turnover over one crore, a minimum amount of liquid assets/ working capital, or unconditional credit facilities to complete the supply.
4. Legal Compliance: Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate with TIN, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license, any other required licenses or certificates specified in the tender document, such as ISO certificates or specific contractor licenses.
