Annual turnover over one crore, a minimum amount of liquid assets/ working capital, or unconditional credit facilities to complete the works. 4. Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate with TIN, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license specified in the tender document. All these documents must be provided (uploaded) in the e-GP system while tendering.
