Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Printing and supplying of Manuscript for Jagannath University
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum supply value of goods under a single contract (in similar work) in the last five years is 75% of the quoted price.
b) The actual owner of the printing press will be preferred, along with a printing press declaration. It will be preferred if the bidder have a certificate of experience in Manuscript printing and delivery work at public University
c) It is desirable to have a designer with experience/skill in computer composition and design of university research manuscripts.
After approving the lowest bidder the following terms and condition should be followed:
1) Before printing the manuscript in book form, the paper and other sample materials used must be approved by the Manuscript Printing Committee
2) Before the manuscript is finally printed in book form, at least 03 (three) sample copies must be submitted to the Manuscript Printing Committee of Jagannath University and 01 (one) copy must be machine-proofed and approved for printing.
3) Three cover designs related to the Manuscript author's instructions and content must be approved and also cover design must be approved for printing.
4) The printing committee reserves the right to make additions, deletions, and corrections to the manuscript before printing.
The Tenderer shall must be submit the following documents:
i) VAT Registration Certificate
ii) Bank Solvency Certificate issued in the current year
iii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN Number up to date
iv) Up to date valide Trade Licence
v) NID copy.
