Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum supply value of goods under a single contract (in similar work) in the last five years is Tk. 70% of the quoted price.
b) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is
Tk. 80% of the quoted price
c) The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk. 20000.00 (Twenty thousand) taka in the form of PG/Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of Treasurer, Jagannath University
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Purchase Receipt of Tender Document
ii) Performance Statement of the capital equipment in Bangladesh (If any)
iii) Supplier’s Experience Certificate
iv) Affidavit of Ownership of the firm where applicable
v) VAT Registration Certificate
vi) Bank Solvency Certificate issued in the current year
vii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN Number up to date
viii) Up to date valide Trade Licence
ix) Required Tender Security
x) Catalog / Brochure (where applicable)
d. It should be noted that samples of the materials, writing, images, etc., including the diary, wall calendar and desk calendar of Jagannath University for the 2026-27 academic year, must be received from the Editorial Board and the required number of copies must be submitted and the final proof approved before final printing.
e. The actual owner of the printing press will be preferred, along with a printing press declaration. It will be preferred if the bidder have a certificate of experience in similar work at public University
