* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tender shall be submitted in THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS
(Where applicable)
i) Photocopy of valid Trade license,current income tax return and up-to date valid VAT registration certificate.
ii) Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (As applicable)
iii) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed hospitality industry with the offer.
iv) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly. As proof of solvency, the bidders shall submit the original copy of recent Bank Statement/certificate (Min. previous 12 month and not older than 15 days from the date of tender opening) showing the minimum liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 10% of the total quoted price (In case of local agent/supplier).
v) Unit wise samples (as per quoted price schedule Bottle) of each items must be submitted (Non-refundable) along with the offer and must be ensured that the sample should reach before opening the tender.
vi)Bidder must be submitted Photocopy of valid manufacturer/distributorship/ Agency certificate.In case of supplier or service renderer a manufacturer’s authorization for distributorship/Agency certificate must be submitted. Cheese imported documents also be acceptable from Importer/ distributor/Agent.
