Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 60000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01.THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER:
(Where applicable).
a) Photocopy of valid Trade license of current year.
b) Photocopy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income tax return has been submitted quoting TIN no.
c) Photocopy of up-to date valid VAT registration certificate.
d) Photocopy of Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (As applicable).
e) The Tenderer shall have minimum 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed hospitality industry with the offer.
f) Unit wise sample (non brand items Sl. No.10,12,13,13,15,16,21,24,25) must be submitted along with offer and must be ensure that the sample should reach before opening the Tender. Successful Tenderer will have to submit working sample of all items for acceptance by BFCC before supply works”.
g) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly. As proof of solvency, the bidders shall submit the original copy of recent Bank Statement/certificate (Min. previous 12 month and not older than 15 days from the date of tender opening) showing the minimum liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 10% of the total quoted price (In case of supplier/agent).
h) BFCC may terminate the agreement by serving 30(thirty ) days prior written notice to the 'SUPPLIER' .However ,in the case of gross violation , material breach or any substantial terms of the Agreement ,BFCC can terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.
i)Working sample also must be submitted before placing work order/purchase order for final approval (if applicable).
02.The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).
