Eligibility criteria:
1. Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip that proof the taxation clearance, Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate.
2. Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (9.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh . The amount of liquid assets must be provided in Bank Statement or credit facilities according to PPR format, Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
3. Specific experience: The minimum specific experience certificate as Supplier in supply of chemicals of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last [5] years, with a value of at least Tk. [6.00 Lakh] Only.
4. Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer
5. Acid Selling License.
6. Acid import License.
7. Acid Transportation License.
