* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2833333 ~ 8500000.
Eligibility criteria:
(1). Tenderer must have up to date Trade license, up to date Income tax Clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip that proof the taxation clearance, Vat registration /e-BIN certificate.
(2). Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (23.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh .
(3). A satisfactory completion certificate for construction works of at least Tk 22.00 Lakh under one (1) contract completed within the last five (5) years, counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper, shall be required.
(4). The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 22.00 Lakh only over the last [5] years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
