Eligibility criteria:
Updated Trade License, VAT Registration, Income Tax Certificate, Bank Solvency and Copy of GHOW along with the tender. Minimum work experience in Public Works/LGED and other departments in construction/repair work And the police department must have a certificate of performance of work up to Tk 10,00,000/- in a single work order in the past 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 financial years.
The successful contractor will have to deposit 10% of the total price as per the rate quoted in the schedule from any state-owned bank through BCH in favor of the Superintendent of Police, Faridpur And the agreement will have to be executed on a non-judicial stamp of Rs. 300/-.
VAT, income tax and estimated refundable amount will be deducted from the bill as per the rules and the estimated refundable amount (including VAT) will be refunded as per the rules. The bill will be paid based on the report of the project monitoring committee.
Government-owned enterprises can also participate in this tender competition, if they are legally and financially autonomous and are operated commercially by law.
The prevailing public procurement laws and regulations will be followed in all cases. The authority is not obliged to award the work order to the lowest bidder. The bill will be paid subject to receipt of government budget/funding allocation.
The Tendering Authority reserves the right to relax, cancel or add any condition without assigning any reason. The decision of the Authority regarding any interpretation of the conditions of the tender shall be final.
