Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 300000 ~ 900000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Update (a) NID card, (b)Trade License, (d) Income Tax Certificate, (e) VAT Registration Certificate, (f) Copy of affidavit of ownership of the organization
2. The contractor must submit at least 500 grams of Pulao rice as a sample along with the tender and mention the brand name. The price must be mentioned in Bengali and no rough or polished price will be accepted.
3. The reasons for which a bidder may be disqualified are: (a) If there is a record of poor quality of workmanship. (b) If there is a failure to properly perform the supply activities at another location. (c) If there is a record of financial failure.
4. The Polao rice will remain the responsibility of the supplier concerned until it is accepted by the committee. After the Polao rice is accepted by the acceptance committee, the OC-Police Ration Store will take over.If there is any variation in the quality of the supplied polao rice ration during its distribution, the concerned contractor will be obliged to replace it with an equivalent quantity of polao rice at his own expense.
5. If the polao rice is available from TCB or any other organization at the price fixed by the government, the said tender/work order will be considered cancelled. No excuse such as polao rice as per the sample being insufficient in the market or increase in the market price will be acceptable.
6. For other information, TDS and PCC will have to be deducted.
