Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 40000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 120000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 40000000 ~ 120000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. The maximum number of arbitration against the over a period of last Three years is NILL (0)
2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Two (2) contracts in last 5 (Five) years with a value BDT 2,50,00,000/- (BDT Two Crore Fifty Lakh Only) in government/Semi government/ Autonomous organizations/Established Bank. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 4,00,00,000/- (BDT Four Crore) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. The tenderer also submit the following Updated documents:
a. Trade license
b. ETIN Certificate
c. Vat registration certificate
d. Income Tax Certificate
e. Receipt of Income Tax Return Acknowledgment
6. Product Warranty and Originality certificate from Distributor.
7. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter (Foreign)
8. Import Registration Certificate (IRC)
9. Certificate from the Department of Factory and Institution Inspection
10. Updated certificate by Bangladesh Printing Association
11. Printing and Publication Declaration by District Magistrate
12. Press Registration Certificate from the Printing and Publication Department
13. All relevant brochures and catalogs where applicable.
14 No JVC is accepted for this Tender.
.* Before submitting the tender, the tenderer shall provide his samples as per the samples preserved in the PE office and the samples shall be verified by the PE office.
