* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 18000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6000000 ~ 18000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. The maximum number of arbitration against the over a period of last Three years is NILL (0)
2. The tenderer should have minimum Five (5) years experience in supply of related goods and services.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Two (2) contracts in last 3 (Three) years with a value BDT 60,00,000/- (BDT Sixty Lakh) in government/Semi government/ Autonomous organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 55,00,000/- (BDT Fifty Five Lakh ) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. The tenderer also submit the following Updated documents:
a. Trade license
b. ETIN Certificate
c. Vat registration certificate
d. Income Tax Certificate
e. Receipt of Income Tax Return Acknowledgment
6. Product Warranty and Originality certificate from Manufacture/Distributor.
7. All relevant brochures and catalogs where applicable.
9. No JVC is accepted for this Tender.
* Before submitting the tender, the tenderer shall provide his samples as per the samples preserved in the PE office and the samples shall be verified by the PE office. Goods should be delivered as per signed sample after receiving work order.
*Failure to submit any document mentioned above shall cause the rejection of Tenderer.
