* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 9000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
1.Reputed Government approved contractors/construction/Architecture firms who have minimum [03 ( Three)] years of general experience in Construction or Architectural works.
2.Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 01(one) number of similar nature of construction/Architectural works worth not less than Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 03 ( Three) years.
3.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh over the last 03 ( Three) years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or Bank Guarantee for Tender Security (Form e-PW2-7) or Credit Lines as per Form e-PW2-8 of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh
5.Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC Category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
6. The Tenderer must have Income Tax Clearance Certificate (2023-2024).
7. The Tenderer must have TIN & VAT/BIN Registration Certificate.
8. The Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2025-2026)
9. All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
10. No JVCA is allowed.
11. The Tenderer must have upto date VAT Clearance Certificate.
