Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 966666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2900000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) number of similar nature Construction work successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 7.00 Lakh (Seven Lakh) in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 24.00 Lakh (Twenty Four Lakh) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the form of e-PW2a-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 5.35 Lakh (Five Lakh and Thirty Five Thousand).
5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have Tk. 7.50 Lakh (Seven Lakh and Fifty Thousand).
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license.
7. Other qualifications stated in TDS & PCC.
