Eligibility criteria:
1. Must have 05 (Five) years experience to provide dedicated Internet connectivity with valid nationwide ISP license from BTRC.
2. Must have experience to provide Internet connectivity at least 02(two) Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization within last 03 years.
3. Must have own Optical Fiber network in Chattogram City Area.
4. Must have capacity to provide Intranet connectivity among different branch offices.
5. Must be capable to provide secured IP VPN WAN solutions. Must have capacity to provide Internet VPN.
6. Must have hardware based Firewall at ISP level.
7. Must be capable to provide Real IP series for Server installation.
8. Must be capable to provide redundant link from two different BTS/POPs.
