Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 28333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 85000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 28333333 ~ 85000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has:
1. Up-to-date Valid Trade License 25-26, Income Tax Clearence Certificate 24-25, VAT, ABC and supervisory license, IRC.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
3. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply and installation of Electrical substation equipment (minimum 600 KVA in/c HT/LT cabling work) & Generator (minimum 150 KVA in/c ELT panel and cabling work) in a single contract with a minimum value of Tk. 240.00 ( Two hundred fourty) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Private Organization within last 05 (five) years from the date of IFT.
4. A minimum supply and/or production capacity substation equipment and generator of the manufacturers of proposed brand shall be 100 nos and 25 nos respectively per year over the last 05 (five) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Tk 270.00 (Two hundred seventy) lac in the formm of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8).

6. Valid manufacturer's authorization letters for each of the proposed substation equipments, HT & LT cables & generator individually (Form e-PG3-8)
7. Document of sufficent expert and updated trained manpower for installation of the work as per relevant standard and safety and after sales service.
8. Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & Tender data sheet (TDS), Details Tender Notice attached Section-6 & Tender documents.
9. Deduction of VAT & IT shall be deducted from bill payment as per NBR instruction.
