Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be minimum two (2) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (01) contract(s) of construction of marker post or similar any civil works successfully completed within the last five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Five Lac Only)
3. A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. Civil works in a Government/Semi-Government organization of at least Tk 5,20,000.00 (Five Lac Twenty Only) under one contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 9,60,000.00 (Nine Lac Sixty Thousand Only) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4,00,000.00 (Four Lac Only) issued by the Bank not earlier than 28 days prior the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender.
6. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 5,50,000.00 (Five Lac Fifty Thousand Only).
