Brief Description of Package: (a) Transportation of all CP materials to sites from SGCL store (Nouapara) for entire CP system.
(b) To provide all engineering services, equipments, tools, instrumentation and consumables for installation and commissioning of the Permanent Cathodic Protection Systems in accordance with the design specifications and requirements. These works shall include but not limited to the following:
(i) Installation of 01 (One) nos. of CP Station (Vertical Groundbed & TEG Station) to protect the Main pipeline at Permanent Basis.
(ii) Installation of 01(One) nos. of TEG Shed, Platform and Gas Supply line for CP station.
(iii) Supply of 50 nos. CP Test Post, 50 nos. Mg Anode Magnesium Anode (14.5 Kg-high purity) and 01 No Negative Distribution Box.
(iv) Protection of 07 nos. of Road/Rail crossing Casing pipe and 14 Nos. Calvert crossing sections by sacrificial anodes as a measure of permanent CP system With Two numbers of test post will be installed at each road/rail and Calvert crossing (both side).
(v) Installation of CP test post at different locations and connected with underground pipeline by Cad Welding at spacing of 1-2 Km. Installation of Zinc Anode/Earthing Ribbon at this pipeline site at each high voltage power transmission line (HT Line) crossing.
(vi) Installation of Surge Diverter at insulating joint of Manifold Station, Valve Station, DRS, CGS and Pig launcher & receiver station .
(vii) Installation of 1 nos. of Test Post along with pipe bonding.
(viii) Supply and Installation of Remote Monitoring System at New CP Station.
(ix) Coating Defect Identification (ACVG/CAT with A-Frame Survey) and GIS Mapping of Arangghata-BSCIC gate at Khulna Pipeline.

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3166666 ~ 9500000.
Eligibility criteria:
Installation of Permament Cathodic Protection (CP) System of 10’’ Diameter 8.1 KM Gas Pipelines from Arangghata-BSCIC gate at Khulna.
1. A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. Installation of Permanent Cathodic Protection (CP) System in a Government/ Sami-Government organization of at least Tk 2200000.0 (Twenty two only) lac under Single or Two numbers of contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1900000.00 (Ninteen lac only) over the best three (3) years in the last five 5 years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2500000.00 (Twenty Five lac only) isssued by the bank not earlier than 28 days prior the day of the original deadline for submission of e-tender.
