* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall submit trade license (up to date), Income Tax Certificate,Vat Registration Certificate and Business identification number (BIN) certificate with its e- Tender documents.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 Years of General experience in the supply of related Goods and related services where only the completion Certificate will be accepted as General Experience.
3.The tenderer must have experience of supplying related Goods and related services under at least 01 (one) contract of BDT. 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lac) or More within The last three (3) years and Only The Completion Certificate will be accepted For Qualification.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk.20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lac Only)
5. The tenderer must submit the detailed technical specification on Their official letterhead.
6. Manufacturer authorization Letter/ Specifaction sheet/MSDS/Catalogue/COA/ should be submitted For the Items Specified in the Techinical specifications.The Supporting Documents for each item ( MSDS. Catalogue,COA,Manual, Detailed Specification, etc. if specified in the Technical Specifications) shall be submitted scquentially in accordance with the item number.
7. Warrenty Certificate Must be Submitted.
