Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall submit Trade license (up to date).
2. The Tenderer shall submit Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority) as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year (2024-2025).
3. The Tenderer shall submit Vat Registration Certificate or Business identification number (BIN) certificate.
4. The Tenderer shall submit Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT =1,80,000/- (In Word: Taka One Lac and Eighty Thousand Only) from any scheduled Bank.
5. Other Eligibility of Tenderer as per e-PG1 (SRFQ) document.
