Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderers shall have valid Trade Licenses, TIN certificates, VAT Registration, Updated Income Tax and VAT Certificates, and Bank Solvency Certificates.
b) Tenderers shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods such as laboratory Instruments and Spare parts in a single contract successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 35 (thirty-five) lakhs.
d) Authorization Letters are required from Manufacturers/authorized dealers/authorized agents.item no.6 to 9.
