* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderers shall have valid Trade Licenses, TIN certificates, VAT Registration, Updated Income Tax and VAT Certificates, and Bank Solvency Certificates.
b) Tenderers shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods such as Culture Media and test kits in a single contract successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies within the last 3(three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 20 (Twenty) lakhs.
d) Authorization Letters are required from Manufacturers/ Authorized Agents/ Authorized Dealers for at least 90% of items. Authorization Letters for items No. 15 is mandatory.
