Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 18000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6000000 ~ 18000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Reputed Contractors must have minimum 3(Three) years of general experience in construction works.
2.The Contractors having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work i.e Construction, Istallation and Commissioning of sprinkler irrigation system with a value of Tk. 45.00(Forty Five) lakhs under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
3. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 50.00 (Fifty) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
4. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakhs during the last 5 years; Turnover must be supported by Bank Statement of the Tenderer.
5. Valid Trade License, Business Identification Number (BIN) or equivalent Certificate/Registration/ Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate.
6. Manufacturer's ISO certificate (9001:2015) and / or equivalent certificate.
7. Manufacturer's authorization letter must be submitted with the offer.
8. Last three years audit report .
09. After sales service must be provided for 2 years.
10. The bidder must submit sample of single unit mentioned in TDS on 28.01.2026 within 5:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, BADC, Habiganj. The receipt copy of sample must have to submit with the tender document.
