Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer who has a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
2. The Tenderer must have experience in supply of Furniture a value of Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lakhs under a single contract in any reputed govt/semi-govt/autonomous(govt) within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50.00 (Fifty) lakh. In case of free funds, Bank Statement/Statements must be submitted and it shall have to remain up to issue of NOA.
4. The Tenderers/bidders or its Mother Company must Have ISO - 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Certificate and Air Antipollution Certificate.
5. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
6. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
7. The work of the packages may be totally dropped or cancelled, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
8. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
9. The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the tender document (including section-6) thoroughly before submitting the tender.
