Eligibility criteria:
"1.The Tenderer must have a minimum of 3 (three) year’s experience of supplying the similar goods worth taka 16 (sixteen) lakh.
2. The Tenderer must have to submit the copy of Trade License (30 June/2026), Vat Registration Certificate (BIN), Income Tax Return Certificate (2024-2025).
3. The Tenderer must have to submit Bank Solvency Certificate worth taka 16(sixteen) lakh within tender period.
4. The Tenderer must have to submit pay order of 40,000.00 as tender security in favour of Accounts Officer, ERD.
5. In case of supplying equipment/similar goods Tenderer must have submit authorization certificate of genuine Dealer/supplier.
6. Supplied Vedio Conferencing System, Video Conferencing Camera, Mini PC and Interactive Display must be installed & successfully Commission to ERD.
