Brief Description of Package: Procurement of 24 Port PoE Network Access switch and offline UPS for ERD.

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 9000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.The Tenderer must have a minimum of 3 (three) year’s experience of supplying the similar goods worth taka 27 (Twenty Seven) lakh.
2. The Tenderer must have to submit the copy of Trade License (30 June/2026), Vat Registration Certificate (BIN), Income Tax Return Certificate (2024-2025).
3. The Tenderer must have to submit Bank Credit Line Certificate worth taka 27(Twenty Seven) lakh within tender period.
4. The Tenderer must have to submit pay order of 1,00,000.00 as tender security in favour of Accounts Officer, ERD.
5. In case of supplying equipment/similar goods Tenderer must have submit authorization certificate of genuine Dealer/supplier.
6. Supplied 24 Port PoE Network Access switch and offline UPS must be installed & successfully Commission to ERD. 
7. Tenderer must provide Operational Training for switch for five days for 10 people. Allowance and other expenses should be borne by the tenderer.
