* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 17166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 51500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
"1. Tenderer must have minimum 3 (Three) years of General Experience of Supply of WTP or DM Plant chemical or any other chemicals and related services.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4, 98% w/w) or Cooling Water treatment chemicals or DM water treatment chemicals or Water treatment chemicals in any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants/Private organizations amounting not less than BDT 1,31,50000.00 (Taka One Crore Thirty-one Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) under maximum 03 (Three) contracts within last 03 (Three) Years but any contract value amounting less than BDT 43,83,000.00 (Forty-three Lakh Eighty-three Thousand) shall not be considered for evaluation.
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 1,75,00,000.00 (One Crore Seventy-five Lakh Taka). 4. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement Slip/TAX Return Certificate and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate [Ref.: ITT 22.1 of e-TD]."
