* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 166666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 500000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 166666666 ~ 500000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction Works.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of RCC Frame structure Works including Civil , Sanitary & Electrical works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.1100.00 (One Thousand one hundred ) Lakh in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk.1800.00 (One Thousand eight hundred) Lakh. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 (Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.500.00 (Five Hundred) Lakh. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form ePW3-8)
(e) Tender Capacity shall be Tk.1500.00 (Fifteen hundred ) Lakh.
f) Tenderer shall submit ABC contractory and Electrical supervisory Licenses, Tax Clearance Certificate, BIN certificate & Trade license.
g) Every requirement is described in Tender Datasheet, GCC, PCC, ITT of this tender. This tender is invited as per Public Procurement Rule 2025 and PPA 2006.
