Brief Description of Package: Upgradation and renovation of Bandarban Sadar Hospital from 100 bed to 250 bed (Vertical extension from 1st to 5th floor of the service building).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 28333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 85000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 28333333 ~ 85000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of RCC Frame structure Works including Civil, Sanitary & Electrical works of Government /semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.200.00 (Two Hundred) Lakh in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk. 180.00 (One Hundred Eighty) Lakh. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 (Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.140.00 (One Hundred Forty) Lakh. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5: Tender & contract form (Form e-PW2A-8)
5. Tender Capacity shall be 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty) Lakh.
6. Tenderer shall submit ABC contractory and Electrical supervisory Licenses, Tax Clearance Certificate, BIN certificate & Trade license.
7) Every requirement is described in Tender Datasheet, GCC, PCC, ITT of this tender. This tender is invited as per Public Procurement Rule 2025, PPA 2006 and its subsequent addendum.
