Eligibility criteria:
1 After the advertisement is published in the newspaper, the application for the schedule should be downloaded from the e-GP portal. Photocopies of the following documents should be attested by an officer of 9th grade or above and submitted along with the tender. (a) Updated Trade License (b) Updated Income Tax Certificate (c) Updated VAT Registration Certificate (d) Photocopy of National Identity Card of the Head of the Organization, (e) Most recent bank statement for the last 03 (three) months (f) Two copies of passport size photographs (g) Proof of 01 year of experience in the relevant work.
2 After the tender for Wheat crushing is accepted in the 2025-2026 financial year, this office will ensure the supply of goods. Notification of Award At the rate of 10% of the total price determined Performance Security A contract must be signed with this office by depositing a performance bond and of Wheat crushing must be supplied as per the office's requirements and work orders.
3 The tender period for the 3rd quarter of the 2025-2026 financial year will remain valid until March 31, 2026, but the authorities may extend the tender if they deem it necessary. The period can be extended and during the extended period the contractor must deliver as per the work order and at the contract price.
4 The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.
5 All tender activities The Public Procurement Act 2006 and The Public Procurement Regulation-2025 Will be completed accordingly.
6 All others additional documents as TDS and PCC.
