Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must have at least three (03) years of proven experience in repair and maintenance works of similar nature.
2. The Tenderer must have successfully completed similar works under Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous / Statutory Organizations within the last three (03) years.
3. Documentary evidence such as work completion certificates / experience certificates issued by the competent authority must be submitted.
4. The Tenderer must possess valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and other relevant statutory documents.
5. The Tenderer must have adequate technical personnel, tools, and financial capability to execute the work satisfactorily.
6. The Tenderer must not have been blacklisted by any Government or Semi-Government organization.
7. If total Value of any tender is more than 20% less or more than 10% above
than the official cost estimate, the tender will be automatically non-responsive.
8. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are Speified in TDS and PCC.
9. The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets)
/Credit facilities, working capital Tk.312000 only. The proof
of liquid asset must be submitted in PW2a-3 form or related document.
