Eligibility criteria:
i. Experience:
Minimum three (03) years’ experience in the supply of goods and related services.
ii. Statutory Documents:
Valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, and other applicable statutory documents under Bangladesh law.
iii. Past Performance:
Satisfactory completion of similar goods supply worth at least BDT 50.00 (Fifty) Lac under a single contract within the last five (05) years from the IFT publication date in the e-GP System. Experience must be with Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or State-Owned organizations.
iv. Financial Capacity:
Liquid assets, including working capital or credit lines, net of commitments, of at least BDT 65.00 (Sixty-Five) Lac.
v. Compliance:
Full compliance with IFT, TDS, PCC, Technical Specifications, and all applicable tender conditions.
Special Instruction (Related Services):
Costs for transportation, installation, and warranty-period services shall be included in Form e-PG3-4A. No separate quotation is required. For system requirements only, a nominal unit price (e.g., 0.001) shall be quoted in Form e-PG3-4B and shall not be considered in the total tender price.
