* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2333333 ~ 7000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i. Experience Requirement:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
ii. Country Eligibility:
Tenderers from countries not diplomatically recognized by the People's Republic of Bangladesh are not eligible.
iii. Statutory Requirements:
The Tenderer must possess valid Trade License, VAT Certificate, TIN Certificate, and any other statutory documents as applicable.
iv. Past Performance:
The Tenderer should have satisfactorily completed the supply of similar goods worth a minimum of BDT 35.00 (Thirty-Five) Lac under a single contract within the last 05 (Five) years, counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System. Only experience with Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or State-Owned organizations will be considered.
v. Financial Capacity:
The Tenderer must have a minimum amount of liquid assets (working capital or credit lines), net of other contractual commitments, of BDT 50.00 (Fifty) Lac.
vi. Compliance Requirement:
The Tenderer must strictly comply with the Instructions to Tenderers (IFT), Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC), Technical Specifications, and all other applicable terms and conditions.
