Brief Description of Package: Supplying Keds to BKSP under the project titled 'Basic self defense project for the Youth'
Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000; Tender Security: 700000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 23333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 70000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 23333333 ~ 70000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractor/Supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in Sports goods or keds or shoes supply works from a Government or Autonomous organization or Federations approved by National Sports Council (NSC) are eligible to apply in this tender. The 3 years time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date Trade License, Updated Income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the authority who has concluded the contract.
d) The supply work includes providing High Quality Keds to Dhaka BKSP, Chattogram BKSP, Cox’s Bazar BKSP, Dinajpur BKSP, Sylhet BKSP, Khulna BKSP, and Barishal BKSP. The supply will be carried out in accordance with each 15-day training batch, with each batch consisting of a maximum of 490 participants. When a new batch begins training at any BKSP center, the measurements and sizes of the required Keds will be sent to the supplier. The supplier must be capable of delivering the 490 Pair of keds within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the measurements.
e) The tenderer shall submit a sample of High quality Keds on or before the tender closing date, to Executive Engineer, BKSP, Zirani, Savar, Dhaka. The supplier providing best quality sample will be given preference during evaluation.
f) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 with latest amendment.
g) The Head of Procuring Entity (HOPE) reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
