* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 17000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5666666 ~ 17000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in similarnature sports goods supply works ina Government organization or Autonomous organizationsor Federations (Approved by National Sports Council) NSC are eligible toparticipate in thistender. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) Any supplier or Importer who have up-to-date import license (Import Registration Certificate)having experience of at least 5(Five) years of importing sports goods (At least 40.00 lac ineach year, LC Certificate from Authorized Bank must be submitted)can also participate in thistender.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, updated TradeLicense, Previous trade license (if required) & NID alongwith the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall beissued by the officer or authority who hasconcluded contract with the supplier.
d) The Tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the form ePG3-5.
e) The tendered must submit relevant sample before metting (as per Notice at own cost). The supplier’s having best quality sample will be given preference.
f) The Tenderer must take prior approval from concerned authority before delivery of all sports goods and sports wear as specifiedin ePG3-4.
g) The Tenderer must possess the required capacity/capability to supply all the sports goods within 15 (Fifteen) days from the dateof signing contract.
h) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per ITT, TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 withlatest amendment.
i) The Head of Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
