* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1833333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of Deep tubewell supply and installation successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk.14.00 (Fourteen) Lac.
3) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk.12.00 (Twelve) lac over the last 03(three) financial years or best 03 (Three) years in the last 05(Five) financial years.
4) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk.22.00 (Twenty Two) Lac.
5) The minimum tender capacity shall be 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as Form e-PW2A-6 format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 03 (Three) years from tender publication date in e-GP portal.
6) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate.
