Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer Having Valid and up to date Trade License.
2. Valid and up to date Income Tax Certificate.
3. Valid and up to date VAT Registration Certificate
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8.00 lakh
5. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03(THREE) years of overall experience in the supply of Raw materials & related services.
6. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed supply contract for Supply & Installation of relative Goods, the contract value must be at least BDT 5,00,000.00 (Five Lakh only) within 03 (Three) year.
7. All procurement activities will be maintained by "the Public Procurement Rules 2025"
8. In under any unavailable circumstances, the document selling, submission, receiving and opening are disturbed, the next working day will be applicable for the same respectively.
