* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be Three (03) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction works under public sector of at least One (01) contract of Construction of Rigid Pavement Road/ RCC Road successfully completed within the last Twenty (20) years, with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Crore. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
3). The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) Crore over the best 03 years in the last 05 financial years.
4) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Crore.
5). The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Crore.
