Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the Supply and Installation of Toll Collection Systems or Weigh Scale Systems, or similar toll-related ICT and Electronic Systems/Equipment, such as Servers, RFID Systems, Networking and Communication Equipment, successfully completed within the last 20 (twenty) years under a maximum of 02 (two) contracts, with an aggregate contract value of at least Tk. 21.00 crore (Taka Twenty-One crore only). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 28 (Twenty-Eight) crore
(d) Other conditions as per TDS.
