Updated Tax Clearance Certificate with E-TIN (2024-25).
The Tenderer has to submit last 2 (Two) years (Fiscal year 2022-23 and 2023-24) Audit Report with the Tender
Letter of credit Commitment from the Bank mentioning this project amounting to taka. 40,00,000.00/- (BDT Forty Lakh Only).
The Catalogue / Drawing must be submitted as per each item mentioned in the specification.
Having an FSC Certificate will be preferable.

Bank Solvency Certificate: A recent bank solvency certificate issued within the last six months demonstrating financial soundness.
Technical Capacity: To ensure timely delivery, the tenderer must have adequate capacity for the supply of quality goods, including warehousing, transportation, and logistical capabilities.
The selected tenderer will submit the sample of the goods to the PE office. Sample of the goods needed to be approved by the PE office.
