Eligibility criteria:
• General Experience: The tenderer must have at least 8 years of experience as a supplier in the supply of goods, specifically related to Transportation and Storage Items (plastic crate), or in a similar field. As proven by trade license that clearly states the tenderer operates as a manufacturer or supplier in a related field.
• Specific Experience: The tenderer must demonstrate at least 03 Successfully Completed Contracts of a similar nature and complexity within the last 5 years, with a minimum contract value of BDT 35,00,000 (BDT Thirty Five Lac Only).
• Updated Trade License (2025-26)
• TIN Registration
• BIN Registration
• Tax Clearance Certificate (2024-25)
• VAT Submission Proof (March, 2026)
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Tenderer must submit Audited Financial Statements for the years 2023-24 and 2024-25.
• Letter of credit Commitment from the Bank mentioning this project amounting to taka. 40,00,000.00/- (BDT Forty Lakh Only) as per Form e-PG3-8.
• Supply Capacity: A signed declaration affirming that the Tenderer has the minimum supply and/or production capacity of Transportation and Storage Items (plastic crate) type goods and 10,000 supply and/or production capacity per year
• Warranty Certificate (One Year)
• Authorization Certificate from Manufacturer (if Applicable)
• Bank Solvency Certificate: A recent bank solvency certificate, issued within the last six months, demonstrating financial soundness.
• Quality Certification (if applicable): Any relevant quality certification (e.g., ISO) related to the goods offered, demonstrating adherence to quality standards.
