Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 25000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 10 (Ten) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Electro-mechanical Goods of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 65.00 (Sixty Five) Lac in Govt. / Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (i) The Work Done Under PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) The Work Done other than PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be an Engineer/Executing Agency/Office Head/Designated Personnel.
c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 80.00 (Eighty) Lac. (Must be Submitted in the Form of e-PG3-8).
d) The minimum supply capacity of Goods mentioned in TDS 13.1 (c) must be supported by Completion Certificate/BOQ/Price Schedule/Certified by the concerned PE.
e) The Tenderer must possess:
(i) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate (Up-to-date 13 Digit BIN).
(iv) Up-to-date ABC Category Electrical Contractor and Supervisor License from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
All Other Conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT, GCC, Section 1 to 6 of Document Part and All Necessary Documents Must Submit in e-PG3 Format. Otherwise, Tenderer will be Rejected. Any Ambiguity between Tender Data Sheet (TDS), PCC and Tender Notice; Information of Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & PCC will Prevail in All Respect.
