Brief Description of Package: Supplying Service Workers in Various Categories through Outsourcing Process for smooth Management and Maintenance of Daily work under Jashore PWD Division, Jashore.
Eligibility criteria:
A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of the Tenderer in Contracting Industries in Public Sector shall be 05 (Five) Years.
B) The Minimum Specific Experience as Service Provider in providing Manpower for Support Services at Government Offices of at least ONE contract of Similar Nature Completed Successfully within 01 (One) Year over a period of Last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least of Tk 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac shall be required.
C) The Required Average Annual Turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Lac over the Last Three Financial Years. Interested tenderers are requested to provide Statement(s) of Receipts, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders/Payment Certificate mentioning Fiscal Year.
D) The Minimum Amount of Financial Resources as Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit Line(s) or Specific Credit Commitment or in Any Combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac. (Must be Issued Within Publication of IFT in e-GP System to the Last Date of Lodgment of the Tender and must be Followed by the Appropriate Format in the Form of e-PPS2-5).
F) The Tenderer must possess:
(i) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (Up-to-date 13 Digit BIN).
(iv) Up-to-date Labor License from the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE).
All Other Conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT and All Necessary Documents Must Submit in e-PPS2 Format. Otherwise, Tenderer will be Rejected. Any Ambiguity between Tender Data Sheet (TDS), PCC and Tender Notice; Information of Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & PCC will Prevail in All Respect.
