1.Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum [05(Five)] years of general experience in Construction works.

2.Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least [01(one)] number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk 10.00 (Ten point zero)Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last [05 (Five)] years.

3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 38.00 (Thirty Eight point zero)Lakh over the last [05 (Five)]years.

4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10.00 ( Ten point Zero Zero) Lakh .

5.Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
