Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must have a valid Trade License, VAT & TIN.
2. Tenderer must have an up-to-date Income Tax return Certificate.
3. The Tenderer must have general experience in a government/semi-government/autonomous body organisation in the last 05 (five) years.
4. The Tenderer must have specific experience of supplying outsourcing personnel in a government/semi-government/autonomous body organisation in a single contract with a minimum value of Tk 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lakh) in the last three years.
5. Tenderers shall have a Bank Solvency Certificate and a minimum of 20 (Twenty) Lakh Taka as Liquid assets or Credit line facilities.
6. The Tenderer must have an average annual turnover of at least the amount of Tk 25,00,000/-(twenty-five lakh) over the last three financial years.
